We charge an annual registration fee for our services. This fee will vary according to the number of persons within the travelling group. We will also require a deposit, to be used towards mail handling, postage and packaging costs. We keep you constantly updated as to the current 'balance' of this deposit and, if necessary, will send you a reminder that a further deposit needs to be made. |

We charge a fee for the handling of each item of mail received. This also applies to junk mail. For a small additional fee we can 'filter' your mail. We do this by discarding obvious junk mail, opening letters and discarding the packaging, to help reduce costs due to weight, and therefore ensuring that you only receive personal mail and not circulars. |

Due to Customs and Excise requirements, all packages are required to be opened and the contents listed prior to being forwarded to you. This incurs an individual charge of £1 per package. |

You are, in addition to the above, charged the fee for postage of your mail to wherever you are in the world. Obviously these fees vary according to the country you are in and, wherever possible, we will use the most cost effective method for sending your mail. This method will be dependent upon both your instructions and the mails content of course. |

We accept payment in a variety of ways - Cheque, Postal Order, Bank Transfer, Paypal and Standing Order. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accept payment by credit card. |
